Kathy Fletcher is a native of the Pacific Northwest and lifelong advocate for the environment, especially her beloved Salish Sea. She served in President Jimmy Carter’s White House, and chaired Washington state’s Puget Sound Water Quality Authority. In 1991 she founded People For Puget Sound, which she headed for 20 years.
