Tony Angell
Tony Angell is an artist, environmental educator and author and illustrator of award-winning books on the subject of the natural world. He sculpts in bronze and stone, and has shown his work for over 50 years. Among his many public commissions, his work is at Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo, the Seattle Aquarium, the City of Redmond, the Mount Baker Ski Area, Whatcom Community College, Sleeping Lady in Leavenworth and the public libraries of Bainbridge and Lopez islands. He lives in Seattle and retreats on Lopez Island as often as he can.
